MP Supplies will:
· Respond to your E-Mail within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
· Endeavour to resolve the complaint within four working days.
· Contact you on the said date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority at MP Supplies.
· Contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that MP Supplies will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
