High Quality Demsun A62 PU Wood Adhesive (D4 PUR) 660g

DESCRIPTION:

Demsun A62 is a one component, moisture curing polyurethane wood adhesive. It posseses high water resistance and bonding strength.

Properties: Easy application, low viscosity. Excellent bond strength. Fast drying. Water resistant (D4-DIN EN 204). Can be used on slightly humid surfaces. Resistant to temperature extremes. Resistant to moisture and chemicals.

Applications: Fixing and gluing wooden elements to other various porous and non-porous elements as wood, metal, concrete, polystyrene foam and other plastics. Furniture and boat production. All bonding applications that need a high water resistance.

Instructions: Do not use at temperatures below +5°c. The elements to be bonded must be properly clean and free from dust and grease. One of the substrates must be porous to ensure better curing. Apply the adhesive with a brush as film to one or both surfaces and join the parts within 15 minutes. Press the elements together at least for 4 hours. Uncured adhesive can be cleaned by acetone.

Persons already sensitised to diisocyanates may develop allergic reactions when using this product. Persons suffering from excema, asthma or skin problems should avoid contact, including dermal contact, with this product. This product shhould not be used under conditions of poor ventilation unless a protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. type A1 according to standard EN14387) is used.
