DIRECTIONS OF USE

1. Roll entire ear plug with clean hands into a narrow crease free cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with your free hand and pull your ear up and back to open the ear canal.
3. Insert the plug well into the ear canal and hold in place until the plug expands (30-40 seconds).
4. Check the plugs are correctly fitted by covering your ears with both cupped hands. In a noisy environment you should note no significant difference in noise levels with ears covered or uncovered. If the noise level is reduced when your ears are covered leave the noisy area and re-fit the ear plugs.

Removal instructions: Remove the ear plug only after leaving the noisy area. Twist the ear plug to break seal and pull slowly from ear. Dispose of used plug responsibly.

CAUTION

Although the ear plugs can be recommended for protection against the harmful effects of impulse noise, the single noise rating (SNR) is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an accurate indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise such as gunfire.
