DESCRIPTION

Applications: Recommended for filling gaps around windows and doors. Thermal and acoustic insulation around window and door frames.

Characteristics: Professional quality polyurethane expanding foam filler, especially developed for window and door sealing. Easy to use, one component. Rapid curing. Excellent thermal and accoustic insulation properties. Primerless adhesion on most construction materials.

Directions for use: Attach to an applicator gun by screwing clockwise to the top of the canister. Shake canister for at least 30 seconds. Moisten the surfaces to be filled with a fine mist of water to improve curing time and cell structure. Adjust the set screw on the gun and apply the foam by pulling the trigger, starting slowly. Gaps should filled partly, since foam will continue to expand after application. Uncured excess foam can be removed with Soudal Gun Foam Cleaner. Once cured foam can only be removed mechanically or by using Soudafoa Cured PU Remover. After use store the canister with gun attached, without risk of hardening. If no new canister is to be fixed on the spray gun after use, clean the gun thoroughly with Soudal Gun Foam Cleaner. Application temperature: +5°c to +35°c.

Safety: Persons already sensitised to diisocyanates may develop allergic reactions when using this product. Persons suffering from asthma, eczema or skin problems should avoid contact, including dermal contact, with this product. This product should not be used under conditions of poor ventilation unless a protective face mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. type A1 according to standard EN 14387) is used.
